¡Hola, Olá, Howdy!

As a Designer, I speak through visuals. The stories that inform my audiences are to be crafted with the same delicacy that a lace maker would use to hand twist and plait individual threads together. I care for every small aspect of every design choice, but most importantly, I care for the narratives that will inform the future. Our legacy.

Imagine a weaving loom, a yarn warped frame with a weaver sitting in front of it moving a yarn filled shuttle from side to side, carefully choosing how to navigate through each individual thread. This is how I see the process of design. My hands are linguists — they interpret feelings and learn through practice; my body is as present as my mind and through it my distinct perspective is attached to the works I create. I sit as a weaver in front of all different kinds of spools weaving human stories with intentionality and meaning.

I’ve created works and research pieces under the mentorship of creatives like Francisco Costa and Elizabeth Goodspeed, and as I continue to hand twist my own narrative, I’m excited to bring joyous experiences to life.
